This website presents our products and upcoming app. It does not offer app account registration, photo uploads or app payments. When you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to provide. We use this information to answer your enquiry and handle support or privacy requests.

Website hosting and delivery involve technical information, such as IP addresses and request information, to serve pages and maintain security. External font delivery may also involve requests to a third-party provider. These providers process technical information when delivering their services.

Service providers and external destinations

We use website hosting and delivery services, and Gmail for email correspondence. These services may process information outside your country. Product checkout is handled by Naver Smart Store, which provides its own privacy and order information. Instagram and YouTube links also open external services. Information you provide on those services is handled under their policies.

Retention and deletion

Support correspondence is kept while needed to address the enquiry and any related dispute or legal obligation. You can request deletion by email. Where information must be retained for an applicable legal reason, we will explain the reason and relevant retention period in our response. Before enabling public photo processing or app accounts, we will publish the app’s actual data practices here, including photo handling, AI service providers, retention, deletion and payment-related data. Any required notices and consent will also be provided in the app before processing starts.
